Murat bulat
He studied at Samsun Maarif College.
In 1988, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law.
He received banking training at the Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute.
As a Lecturer in Environmental Law and Labor Law at Akdeniz University, he shared his knowledge and experience with his students.
He is the founder and participant of many foundations and non-governmental organizations.
Throughout his 35-year professional career, Murat Bulat has served as Legal Counsel for numerous international tourism organizations and energy and water management companies, including but not limited to: TUI Turkey/Robinson Club Pamfilya (Antalya/Side), Robinson Club Çamyuva (Antalya/Kemer), Robinson Club Sarıgerme Park (Muğla/Sarıgerme), Robinson Club Nobilis (Antalya/Belek), Club Resort Select Maris (Muğla/Marmaris), TUI Blue Sarıgerme/Iberotel International (Muğla/Sarıgerme), TUI Blue Palm Garden/Turkuaz (Antalya/Manavgat), TUI Sensatori Resort Barut Sorgun (Antalya/Manavgat), Kemer Barut Collection Hotel (Antalya/Kemer), TUI Sensatori Resort Barut Fethiye (Muğla/Fethiye), The Residence at TUI Sensatori Resort Barut Fethiye (Muğla/Fethiye), Rose Residence Beach Kemer (Antalya/Kemer), Beceren Hotel (Bursa/Uludağ), Lara Beach Complex (Antalya/Kundu). Additionally, he has provided legal consultancy to the Professional Hotel Managers Association (POYD), as well as energy and water management companies such as Arasta A.Ş, Yerel Yönetim A.Ş, Tlos Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş, and SU EN Energy.
Murat Bulat Law Firm has served as the reference lawyer for both the British Consulate and the Romanian Consulate in Antalya, as well as acting as the legal representative for the Russian Consulate General.
In addition, during the period from 1999 to 2004, he served as an Advisor to the Mayor of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, Vice President of Antalyaspor A.Ş., and Spokesperson for Antalyaspor A.Ş.
A member of both the Antalya Bar Association and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, Attorney Murat Bulat has held roles at the Antalya Bar Association’s Internship School, serving as Head of the Commercial Law Department, and has been involved with the Publication Committee, the International Relations Committee, and the Environmental Committee.
Aysel Çınar
Partner Attorney – Attorney & Mediator Aysel Çınar
Aysel Çınar, who has served as a lawyer and mediator at Murat Bulat Law Firm for many years, was born in 1988 in Kaş, Antalya.
She completed her education at Antalya Demre Multi-Program High School. In 2009, she graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law, and in 2022, she graduated from Anadolu University with a degree in Banking and Insurance. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Private Law at the Social Sciences Institute of Selçuk University.
After completing her internship at Murat Bulat Law Firm, Aysel Çınar first became a lawyer and later a partner at the firm. She has been an active lawyer since 2011, as a member of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and the Antalya Bar Association, and since 2017, she has also been registered with the Mediation Department as a mediator.
Additionally, Aysel Çınar continues her work as a legal consultant in the United Kingdom. She is a member and volunteer of many foundations and non-governmental organizations.
