LAW OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- Legal, administrative, and technical compliance consultancy for the Personal Data Protection Law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Compliance of the actions and operations of data controllers, both natural and legal persons, with the Law
- Development of data protection policies, data inventories, informative texts, data processing, and destruction procedures
- Contracts between data controllers and their customers, business partners, and employees under KVKK
- Ensuring that websites and other sales channels comply with the requirements of Law No. 6698 and GDPR
